Sarah has been working as a voice over for ten years. Previously, she trained as a Speech and Drama teacher with the Guildhall School of Music and Drama London, and subsequently, a Post Graduate Diploma in professional Acting from The Drama Studio, London. She returned to Ireland to pursue her acting and radio career. Credits include Fair City, The Clinic, Laws of Attraction, Omagh and numerous tv commercials as a voice over as well as an actress. Also, a number of corporate videos.
The opportunity arose to try her hand at script writing. Writing, directing, producing and acting in her own dramas resulted in being short listed at Irelands prestigious PPI Radio awards, three years running, and in 2010 she won a Gold PPI Award for her Radio Drama, The Terror of Leap Castle.
She records television commercials for UTV, radio commercials and promos for LM/FM, Galway Bay, Cork 96 fm, Dublin’s 4 fm, UTV, as well as numerous other radio stations north and south of the border, UK and Europe.
Sarah has also written and recorded a number of documentaries, recorded radio drama for RTE, cartoons and trails for BBC and the Disney Channel, substantial recordings for the world wide web and as the signature voice for a global industry. She is also a regular MC at events and fashion Shows.
Writing fictional novels are a new venture and one which gives Sarah incredible satisfaction. She lives in beautiful Northern Ireland with her son and their dog.
Hello, At Last is a powerful story about one woman’s family and the choices made affecting everyone.
